SO. I kinda promised myself I wouldn't do any fan art of Axwell because I know I can go slightly fangirly over him (Srsly, it's the eyes) But I couldn't help myself. I had this REALLY ULTRA AWESOME COOL idea that I'd have Axwell IN FRONT OF HIS LOGO!! *hardcore dreaming*

So this took about 5 hours altogether, I hated it, then liked it, then it was meh, then I hated it, then I wasn't gonna finish it, then I liked it, then I hated it again, but Now, I kinda like it (though his left eye is bugging me)

Anyways, I hope you guys like it. I haven't done an serious pencil drawing since school, which was like, 5 years ago lol.

A Mau5 Storm.

I was actually meant to sort through my Deviations today, which I did actually start doing, but then got to this (http://staceylala.deviantart.com/gallery/24602074#/d2yv8iq) and decided it would be AWESOME if I did a digital painting of it. It wasn't awesome, it just killed like and hour of time.

I also didn't intend for it to be all swirly/surface of the sun/hurricany like that, but I accidentally did one or two at the beginning and I thought it looked cool or something.

I REALLY need to stop doing Mau5 related artwork. I do other things that no one bothers to look at ya know.

I did a pencil version of this a loooooooooooooong time ago, but I found it again today while rummaging through old folders, thought i'd do a coloured, digital version for shit's n giggles, Took about 3 hours or someshit.

Also, I forget who the original artist of this is, but the original is mirrored and the lady has a ponytail, but yeh, whoever it is, credits go to them for the original drawing.

If you are the original artist, I'm sorry, I tried my very best to find you, I thought maybe I'd faved this, but I hadn't and I couldn't find you. If you want me to take this down then of course I will.

Also, today, I finished the paintings I'm selling because I'm poor as fuck, once I finished, I still felt somewhat creative, but too lazy to actually do any real artwork, so I did this.

And.... Do you remember when I completely flipped out about fangirls on DeviantArt who draw their shitty littel skrillXmau5 slash fiction. This will be my new retaliation move. I'll probably draw more, simply because it's hilarious anyways.

These will be on a first come first serve basis (simply for speed and fairness, if you REALLY want one after the 8 slots are done, you can message me and I MAY consider it, depending on price)

These 8 will be 50GBP (82USD) + 15GBP shipping (25USD) and I will ship worldwide. They will be Approx. 20inchesX16inches (still need to buy the canvases, I'll be getting them tomorrow)

Skrillex: Reptile.

So, my cat ripped my fingers apart today, I only have two and a half fully functioning fingers on my left hand, so I can't play Minecraft today. Instead, I decided to listen to some Skrillex and get creative. In particular, one of his newest tracks 'Reptile'




So after about 2 hours later, this is the result:

Snow White: Revised.

So last night I was up until 7AM. Playing Minecraft mostly, but then I got bored of building a ghost city that no one will ever see (#ForeverAlone) So I decided to edit some more photographs and ended up re-editing two of the Snow White photographs I did for uni. Oh and remember when I said I was leaving, yeh, I sort of got withdrawn because I wasn't going in. Oh well.

And just a side note, I have a new blog called Shit My Hipster Dad Says. It's great, honestly, go see.

Snow White 2011

This will be my last University project for photography. I'm handing this in tomorrow, the rest of my work in on the 23rd and then I'm leaving. For good. Not because I've finished my course, no, I'm only about to finish my first actual year on the course. It's because studying 'Photography' is drying up every single cell in my body and is currently causing my slow, yet inevitable death, to happen about 20 years too soon. Basically, it's giving my Cancer and AIDS at the same time, while kicking my in the head repeatedly, skinning mye alive and stabbing my organs with a really sharp stick around the clock. In other words. I hate it. So I've decided the drop the whole thing and take a year to figure out A) If I want to go back to university and B) If I do, what I will study. The answer to that will most probably be Planetary Science and Astronomy. But never fear my sweet sexy followers. I'll still be doing artsy shit and updating my blog, probably more often in fact. You see, I love doing photography, studying it on the other hand, is a whole new ball game. One which is most likely called 'Ball to the face several times in a row'

Anyways, the brief was something to do with contemporary art and the only thing I actually remember from the lecture/Brief sheet was 'Story telling' At first I was going to do a series of images based on and inspired by 'Little red riding hood' But I didn't have a red clock. Only a dark Blue/blackish type one. So Little Hood became Snow White. With the extra addition of an Apple. Obviously.

Photo Cinema (University project)

This project was originally going to be a remake of Reservior dogs, but with a female cast, renamed 'Reservior Bitches' but I couldn't find a suitable location in time, but I do still plan to do that. I think it's a good idea. So instead, I ran out of time and models and ended up doing something I know like the back of my hand. Zombie films.

The idea was to create a series of images that look like they were pulled from or used to promote a film. Like still shots or Screen shots. So, everything is set up, like a movie set. The lighting in most of these (Except the last two) are done with, if you'll believe a poor student like me... A wind up torch with a white tee-shirt over it. Who says you need professional, over priced lights, eh? And, the last two, were with a PC screen with a dark grey background. Just don't tell my teacher that :P
